Dan Goodsell is an artist living in Los Angeles. His work includes illustration, painting and 3D objects.

The basis of his work is a fictional place called The World of Mr. Toast which is inhabited by an odd assortment of characters including Mr. Toast, Joe the Egg and Shaky Bacon, just to name a few. His artwork chronicles the adventures and lives of these characters.

Over the last seven years, he has created and maintained the Imaginary World website where visitors can find weekly web comics and read illustrated stories. He has self-published numerous books, including Imaginary World Comics #1 & #2, GAGS, Parade and Mr. Toast at the Circus, as well as created many other Mr. Toast products including dolls, toys, keychains, buttons and t-shirts.

Dan Goodsell has had his art appear in Nick Magazine and Hi-Fructose Magazine. His artwork has been exhibited worldwide at locations including Gallery 1988, Monkeyhouse Toys, Nickelodeon Studios, Munky King and the Ben Maltz Gallery at Otis Parsons School.
